Senior Django Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Django Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for Django applications
• Interact with and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity
• Implement and manage various authentication methods and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Web Developer
• Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.12 and deep expertise with the Django framework
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Redis and AWS S3
• Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems is highly desirable
