Senior DME Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior PFS Representative DME Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to the Patient Financial Services team
• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and manage account balances to ensure timely reimbursement
• Research and resolve billing and payment issues, building strong relationships with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of two years of experience in patient financial services or healthcare revenue cycle
• Knowledge of medical terminology and common insurance types
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
