Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Document Specialist to optimize client business operations through document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software applications
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
  • Assist with training and mentorship of Document Specialists and clients
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry preferred
  • Ability to learn through in-person, remote training, and self-guided learning
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation is a plus
