Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Document Specialist to optimize client business operations through document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software applications
- Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
- Assist with training and mentorship of Document Specialists and clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry preferred
- Ability to learn through in-person, remote training, and self-guided learning
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation is a plus
