Job Summary
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Senior Documentation Coordinator will manage customer documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working remotely and collaborating across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and verify customer data queues in Salesforce, including duplicate and physician verification
- Review and assign documentation tasks related to customer consent and voicemail inquiries
- Audit and link received documentation to appropriate customer records while providing feedback to management
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree and 3+ years of related experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
