Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• BS or BA degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in DoD Program Financial Management, focusing on ACAT I or II program offices
• In-depth knowledge of DoD financial regulations and budget execution
• Experience in learning content development and instructional design principles
