Senior Dose Reconstructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Dose Reconstructor to support the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Act (EEOICPA) Project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Produces and reports dose estimates and supporting methodology for claims received under EEOICPA
• Performs internal and external dose reconstructions and peer reviews
• Documents findings and writes detailed reports reflecting the results of individual dose reconstructions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in health physics, environmental or natural sciences, or related field
• Ten or more years of experience in health physics or radiation safety
• Familiarity with basic statistics and/or mathematical modeling
• Experience with dose reconstruction on past projects or knowledge of radiation exposure monitoring methods
• This role requires the selected candidate to be a U.S. citizen for specific government contracts
