Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Director who will oversee drug development projects from pre-clinical stages to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while identifying and resolving risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated project plans and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Foster team performance and dynamics, supporting team members' development and promoting effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across various phases and disease areas
• At least 5 years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
• Proven leadership skills and experience in people management
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an advantage
