Senior Drug Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Project Manager to oversee drug development projects from pre-clinical stages to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and document project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Foster high team performance and positive dynamics while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project communications and manage changes towards common goals

Required Qualifications and Education

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development across various phases and disease areas
• At least 5 years of program management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development is an advantage
• PMP certification is a plus
