Senior Drug Rebate Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Drug Rebate Analyst will review Medicaid Drug Rebate payments, resolve disputes with drug manufacturers, and provide training as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pharmacy and medical providers to verify claims data and negotiate with drug manufacturers on disputed rebates
• Assist in required CMS reporting and invoicing while monitoring dispute workflow and prioritizing resolution activities
• Provide training for new hires and act as a backup for the Drug Rebate Supervisor as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates, medical/pharmacy claims processing, or related billing
• Experience with drug rebate systems such as PRIMS, SSRS Reports, or Process Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PDF editing software
• Ability to work in a paper-free environment
• Strong organizational skills and experience in training or mentoring others
