Senior Drug Rebate Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Drug Rebate Analyst will review Medicaid Drug Rebate payments, resolve disputes with drug manufacturers, and provide training to new hires while acting as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pharmacy and medical providers to verify claims data and resolve disputes
• Negotiate with drug manufacturers to settle rebate disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
• Assist in CMS reporting and monitor dispute workflow, prioritizing high materiality disputes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebates and Medical/Pharmacy claims processing
• Experience with drug rebate systems such as PRIMS and SSRS Reports
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and PDF Editing Software
• Ability to work in a paper-free environment
• Excellent organizational skills
