Senior DSM Practice Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and commercialization of energy solutions, the full-time Senior DSM Practice Consultant will ensure the successful execution of client-specific programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for complex energy programs, ensuring alignment with market and client needs
• Maintain accountability for solution integrity from design through implementation, partnering with delivery teams for feasibility
• Define and standardize solution design methodologies, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal capability development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex energy programs
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or PowerBI
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments and evaluation frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight timelines
