Job Summary
Driving full-funnel ecommerce growth for high-potential DTC brands, the full-time Senior DTC Growth Strategist will architect and execute growth strategies, optimize performance marketing, and lead data-driven decision-making while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize ecommerce growth strategies for multiple DTC brands, connecting acquisition and retention efforts
- Partner with channel teams to align acquisition strategies with on-site experiences and diagnose funnel performance
- Lead analytics and performance measurement to ensure marketing outcomes align with business goals and inform strategic optimizations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing, preferably with CPG or subscription brands
- Deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce stack, including Shopify, GA4, and various marketing tools
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth across key performance metrics like CAC, CVR, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with retention-led growth models, including subscriptions and loyalty programs
