Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Senior Dynamics 365 & Copilot Analyst will administer and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service, design and support Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and enhance contact center capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service Premium, including case management and security
• Design and develop Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and integrate self-service solutions with Dynamics 365
• Build and maintain customizations in Dynamics 365 using C# plug-ins and workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse
• Proficiency in developing Microsoft Copilot agents and Power Apps
• Strong knowledge of Azure Services and REST API integrations
• Ability to create reporting solutions using Power BI
• Experience in configuring contact center/omnichannel capabilities
