Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of e-commerce merchandising experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Expertise in promotional management and merchandising strategies
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using analytics tools
Strong understanding of customer behavior in the fragrance space
Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Netsuite, Commerce Tools is a plus
