Senior E-commerce Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, E-commerce Operations to optimize direct-to-consumer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations for product setup, QA, and store maintenance across Shopify stores
• Maintain quality control by improving checklists and QA standards
• Support new store launches and coordinate with partners on inventory and order issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong experience with Shopify and product/catalog workflows
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, including bulk edits and CSV management
• Experience in fulfillment-heavy environments is preferred
