Senior E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary

As a hands-on Shopify expert, the remote Senior E-Commerce Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of Shopify storefronts, optimize product performance, and translate business goals into effective customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify operations, including product data, catalog management, and troubleshooting
• Lead storefront merchandising and conversion rate optimization using performance data to enhance product discovery and sales
• Own e-commerce reporting and insights through Shopify and analytics tools, while monitoring emerging channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of direct Shopify administration experience in a complex e-commerce environment
• Experience partnering with technical teams and using analytics to improve e-commerce performance
• Experience supporting multiple Shopify storefronts or e-commerce migrations
• Background in publishing, media, consumer products, or personal development is a plus
