Senior E-Learning Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-learning Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning, interactive modules, simulations, and blended learning programs
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business and learning needs into effective instructional solutions
• Lead instructional strategy and ensure alignment with adult learning principles and performance goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning program leadership
• Strong expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and multimedia production technologies
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and learning evaluation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
