Senior EAP Case Manager - SAP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Case Manager, Senior - Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management consultation services on workplace behavioral health and compliance
• Assess workplace and employee issues, developing appropriate action plans
• Perform clinical risk assessments and provide consultation and case coordination for EAP services

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical behavioral health license for autonomous practice
• Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Psychology
• 5+ years of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, including EAP and substance abuse
• Understanding of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations
• Ability to complete a federal background investigation and maintain security clearance
