Senior EAP Case Worker - SAP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Case Worker, Senior - Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management consultation services regarding workplace behavioral health and compliance
• Conduct clinical risk assessments and develop action plans for employee issues
• Coordinate care and provide clinical consultation to EAP Consultants and Onsite Clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Psychology
• 5+ years of experience in mental health and behavioral health services, including EAP and substance abuse
• Understanding of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation and maintain federal security clearance
