Senior EAP Consultant - State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Consultant, Senior (Remote U.S.) to provide expert management consultation services and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to management and HR, addressing workplace challenges and promoting effective solutions
• Conduct clinical risk assessments and manage referrals for members seeking support
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated clinical care and compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) setting
• In-depth knowledge of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
