Senior EAP Consultant (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Consultant, Senior (Remote U.S.) to provide expert management consultation services and support clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to management and HR, addressing workplace issues and developing action plans
• Conduct clinical risk assessments and manage referrals for members seeking support
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and conduct case reviews

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Ph.D./Psy.D.)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or behavioral health services
• In-depth knowledge of confidentiality standards, including HIPAA
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively
