Senior EAP Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the Financial Operations team, the full-time Senior EAP Operations Associate will manage partner billing cycles, ensure accurate payment processing and reconciliation, and collaborate with internal and external teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage partner billing cycles and prepare billing files while resolving discrepancies
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance billing processes
• Collaborate across teams to address billing and payment issues, ensuring operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or a related role in a high-growth operational environment
• Proven ability to optimize processes using tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Experience in creating concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to apply structure and prioritization to solve complex problems
