Senior Ecological Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientist - Ecological Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the Ecological Services practice area, generating new business opportunities and fostering client relationships
• Support the design and implementation of ecological risk assessments and Natural Resource Damage Assessment services
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 12-15+ years of environmental consulting experience in ecological services and risk assessment
• Master's degree in biology, chemistry, ecology, environmental science, natural resources, toxicology, or a related field
• Strong team building and business development experience
• Leadership and management skills with experience in mentoring
• Knowledge of regulations for remedial investigation and risk assessment under state and federal programs
