Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Ecommerce Account Manager - Native Mandarin, the full-time remote position will manage fulfillment across multiple marketplaces, structure competitive agreements, and advise brands on long-term growth strategies to drive significant business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Unlock GMV potential by building competitive fulfillment contract models using market insights
• Transform brand goals into actionable strategies, coordinating execution across teams and stakeholders
• Oversee account health, tracking delivery, inventory, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics to ensure brand success

Required qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency, adept at navigating cultural and strategic nuances
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
• 5-6+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients with annual net sales exceeding $20 million
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong independent and team leadership skills, with a focus on delivering results consistently
