Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Director to lead and own the ecommerce segment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal CEO of the ecommerce vertical, driving growth and customer outcomes
• Oversee ecommerce sales cycles and lead marketing campaigns to expand the customer base
• Develop strategic insights on ecommerce trends and collaborate with product teams to prioritize features

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on ecommerce industry experience, preferably on the operator side
• Deep familiarity with the ecommerce technology landscape, including storefronts and integration challenges
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Fluency with business metrics relevant to ecommerce operations and SaaS performance
• Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and a recognized industry presence
