Senior Ecommerce Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Director to lead and own the ecommerce segment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal CEO of the ecommerce vertical, accountable for growth and customer outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment and oversee ecommerce sales cycles and marketing campaigns
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on ecommerce industry experience, preferably on the operator side
• Deep familiarity with the ecommerce technology landscape, including storefronts and data tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Fluency with ecommerce metrics and experience owning pipeline or revenue targets
• Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and contributing to written content
