Senior Ecommerce Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Director to lead and own the ecommerce segment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal CEO of the ecommerce vertical, accountable for growth and customer outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment to mobilize the organization around a clear ecommerce agenda
• Develop and champion a clear strategy and product direction for the ecommerce market

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on ecommerce industry experience, preferably on the operator side
• Deep familiarity with the ecommerce technology landscape, including storefronts and data/analytics tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Fluency with business metrics and KPIs relevant to ecommerce operations
• Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and a recognized industry presence
