Senior eCommerce Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of comprehensive growth strategies, the full-time Senior eCommerce Manager will drive double-digit growth for a ~$10M annual sales e-commerce channel while working remotely and collaborating with marketing, product management, and commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce platform roadmap by identifying requirements, assessing feasibility, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business value
• Develop standard reporting for e-commerce sales and lead KPI tracking reviews with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance website traffic and conversion rates through optimized UI/UX and targeted digital marketing initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing an online B2B store
• Proven track record of delivering high single-digit to double-digit annual growth
• Experience with modern e-commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or analytical instrumentation preferred
• Experience with website UI/UX and marketing content design/curation required
