Senior eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the experimentation and optimization strategy, the full-time Senior eCommerce Specialist will manage website performance, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives remotely to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a rigorous experimentation program across various eCommerce funnels, developing test hypotheses and analyzing results
• Own funnel analytics and performance dashboards, partnering with analytics teams to identify friction points and opportunity areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute site updates, ensuring enhancements adhere to best practices for usability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in CRO, eCommerce optimization, or growth-focused digital roles
• Deep hands-on expertise with A/B and multivariate testing tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target
• Advanced understanding of GA4, GTM, and behavioral analytics tools
• Strong Shopify expertise with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Understanding of UX principles and user behavior patterns
