Job Summary
To support a major digital transformation, the temporary Senior Ecommerce Strategist will lead product and digital strategy for a Web Optimization project, focusing on website conversion rate optimization while working remotely with occasional travel to headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy, identifying friction points and opportunities across the purchase funnel
- Build and manage an experimentation roadmap prioritizing A/B and multivariate tests based on analytics and user research
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track conversion performance and communicate impact to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in digital commerce, product management, or digital strategy
- Proven success in conversion rate optimization experimentation design and funnel analysis
- Experience leading e-commerce or digital product strategy at scale, preferably with global and mobile scope
- Strong fluency in data and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience delivering projects in Agile or SAFe environments
