Senior eCommerce Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Senior eCommerce Systems Administrator is a full-time position responsible for managing and optimizing eCommerce systems, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own configuration and ongoing health of core commerce systems, ensuring smooth order, payment, and fulfillment processes
• Configure and build products, offers, and workflows to enable marketing and customer success teams
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across various systems to ensure data consistency and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems, technical operations, revenue operations, or eCommerce operations roles
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end commerce systems, including checkout flows and subscription management
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and maintain stability across the order fulfillment lifecycle
• Experience documenting system workflows, dependencies, and architecture
• Familiarity with modern commerce platforms and email/SMS platforms is preferred
