Senior Economist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Senior Economist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, test, and validate economic forecasting models and econometric tools
• Develop expertise in specific countries and manage their economic outlook and forecasts
• Write comprehensive reports on economic trends and represent the company at industry events

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, with at least ten years of relevant experience
• Strong background in quantitative modeling and programming, with knowledge of macroeconomic theory and time series econometrics
• Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, capable of working independently and in a team
• Proactive and motivated, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
