Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cost-benefit analysis and economic analysis
• 5+ years of experience using cost estimating frameworks and tools
• 3+ years of experience with medical expenditure and survey data
• 3+ years of experience in creating economic models with Python and Azure cloud
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions and SQL for data manipulation
