Senior Economist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Economist to perform regulatory analysis and economic evaluations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop statistical and regression models and conduct thorough data analyses
• Provide regulatory analysis and prepare reports tailored to the needs of the Commission
• Manage complex analytical projects involving federal regulations and conduct primary and secondary research

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cost-benefit analysis and economic evaluations
• 5+ years of experience using cost estimating frameworks and tools
• 3+ years of experience in reviewing medical expenditure and survey data
• 3+ years of experience in creating economic models using Python and Azure cloud
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and SQL for data manipulation
