Job Summary

To support federal government clients, the full-time Senior Economist will lead economic and financial modeling related to broadband and spectrum, conduct policy analyses, and provide mentorship to junior staff while working primarily remotely with occasional meetings in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of economic and financial models for broadband infrastructure and spectrum valuation
  • Conduct policy and regulatory impact analyses for spectrum and broadband programs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior economists and analysts
Required qualifications
  • Ph.D. or Master's in Economics, Applied Economics, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, spectrum policy, or regulatory economics
  • Proven record of published research, federal testimony, or regulatory impact studies preferred
  • Strong proficiency in quantitative modeling and econometrics
  • US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
