Senior Edge Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. SRE - Edge Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support infrastructure as code for DNS, caching, and serverless edge compute
• Architect and manage globally distributed edge service platforms using CDN and edge compute capabilities
• Collaborate with security teams to implement edge-layer protection and design observability systems for monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a SRE Engineer or in a similar software engineering role
• Experience with CDN platforms and edge compute technologies
• Strong understanding of Anycast routing, DNS traffic management, and edge caching
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform or IaaS tools
• Ability to program in high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Go
