Senior EDI Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting remote USA operations, the full-time Senior EDI Functional Consultant will implement and manage EDI solutions, conduct testing, and assist clients in configuring and maintaining trading partner relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct EDI document testing and create data mapping documents according to trading partner specifications
- Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues while managing multiple project initiatives
- Answer customer inquiries about the Document Exchange module and collaborate with programming staff for implementation support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of the EDI lifecycle, including partner engagement, testing, and troubleshooting
- Technical background with experience in EDI standards and protocols
- 1 to 4 years of EDI consulting experience preferred
- Familiarity with non-standard formats like delimited and fixed-width files
