Senior EDI Developer

Job Summary

Leading the technical execution of integration and API projects, the full-time Senior EDI Developer will perform solution-level analysis, design, and build EDI integrations while working onsite and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct solution-level technical analysis and actively participate in testing and defect resolution
• Translate solution designs into working implementations while ensuring code quality and adherence to standards
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for the development team, troubleshooting complex defects and maintaining delivery momentum

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above
• Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs, and various communication protocols
• Extensive experience in map development for multiple file formats including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and JSON
• Strong understanding of core architectural concepts for EDI implementations, including security fundamentals and scalability
• Ability to learn new technologies and provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
