Senior EDI Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of over 30 EDI integration projects, the contract-to-hire Senior EDI Specialist will ensure seamless data exchange across products, vendors, and benefits partners while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage EDI integration projects, ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to define requirements and coordinate testing for production readiness
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing integrations and maintain EDI file processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with EDI formats (Fixed Width, XML, JSON)
• 2+ years of direct experience with ANSI X12 834 files
• Experience working with carriers, TPAs, COBRA administrators, and vendor partners
• Experience supporting benefits administration programs (e.g., COBRA, HSA, FSA)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations
