Senior eDiscovery Analyst

Job Summary

Consulting with case teams and client representatives, the full-time Senior eDiscovery Analyst will focus on best practices for the preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI while collaborating with case teams and vendors
• Utilize software tools to analyze and reduce potentially relevant data sets, ensuring defensible workflows
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ESI analysis and document review plans, including metrics and error logs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with knowledge of document review technologies
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification is required; additional certifications in Relativity Analytics and Processing are preferred
• Experience with eDiscovery vendor-side processes, including project management and data processing
• Understanding of the ESI life cycle and industry standards, along with knowledge of SQL, Python, or PowerShell
• Ability to work eastern time zone hours and meet a billable goal of 1400 hours per year
