Job Summary
Leading high-quality legal services across the litigation lifecycle, the full-time Senior eDiscovery Managing Attorney will remotely manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and provide strategic guidance on eDiscovery workflows and technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients and program attorney teams on active matters and advisory engagements
- Lead and execute program engagements, including deposition preparation and fact development, while managing client expectations and deliverables
- Oversee attorney performance and quality control processes, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to legal standards
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and valid admission to a state bar association in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum five years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal project management
- Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and experience with eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience in designing workflows and implementing scalable processes to enhance efficiency and quality
