Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading client relationships, the full-time Senior eDiscovery Project Manager will manage multiple projects and coordinate service delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
• Drive client satisfaction by coordinating project deliverables and establishing best practices
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight on client-specific projects, ensuring quality and accuracy in meeting requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills
• Strong client relationship management abilities, including proactive expectation management
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
