Job Summary

To build a trusted, community-powered media brand for people leaders and HR professionals, the full-time Senior Editor will create and manage engaging editorial experiences across various formats, focusing on audience growth and decision-support content while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish editorial content across articles, newsletters, social media, podcasts, and events to engage HR and people leadership audiences
• Develop insight-led decision-support content that aids technology leaders in making informed operational and organizational decisions
• Expand audience reach through contributor relationships, strategic partnerships, and effective content distribution across multiple channels

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in creating B2B, practitioner-led editorial content
• Proven ability to grow newsletter engagement and subscriber audiences
• Experience with multimedia formats, including video, podcasts, and social media
• Familiarity with SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics tools
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to synthesize complex information into engaging content
