Job Summary

To build a trusted, community-powered media brand for engineering, AI, and technology leaders, the full-time remote Senior Editor will manage audience growth through authoritative editorial experiences across various formats, including articles, newsletters, podcasts, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish editorial content that engages engineering and technology leadership audiences
• Develop insight-led decision-support content to assist technology leaders in making informed decisions
• Expand audience reach through contributor relationships, strategic partnerships, and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience creating B2B, practitioner-led, or professional editorial content
• Strong interviewing and synthesis skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
• Proven track record of growing newsletter engagement and subscriber audiences
• Familiarity with multimedia formats, including newsletters, podcasts, and events
• Understanding of SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics for content optimization
