Job Summary

Building a trusted media brand for operations leaders, the full-time remote Senior Editor will define the editorial strategy, create engaging content formats, and grow a loyal audience through various platforms including articles, newsletters, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage editorial content across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with the publication's voice and audience needs
• Develop insight-led decision-support content to aid operations leaders in strategic and organizational decision-making
• Expand audience reach through contributor relationships, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in creating B2B or practitioner-led editorial content
• Strong interviewing and synthesis skills with the ability to turn complex topics into engaging editorial experiences
• Proven track record of growing newsletter engagement and subscriber audiences
• Familiarity with multimedia formats including podcasts, webinars, and social media
• Understanding of SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics for content optimization
