Senior Editor, Thought Leadership
Job Summary
As a hands-on editorial force, the full-time Senior Editor, Thought Leadership will shape and produce original content for Workflow, focusing on enterprise technology and AI, while working flexibly or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape content pillars and storylines aligned with ServiceNow's business priorities and value proposition
- Define and maintain the editorial calendar for Workflow, ensuring quality and consistency in publishing
- Develop and pitch compelling story ideas based on original research and market signals, while conducting interviews and editing various content formats
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in editorial, journalism, content strategy, or thought leadership, preferably in technology or media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of written work, including long-form reporting and executive content
- Experience managing editorial calendars and structured content workflows
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology, AI, and the SaaS landscape
