Job Summary

As a hands-on editorial force, the full-time Senior Editor, Thought Leadership will shape and produce original content for ServiceNow's thought leadership hub, collaborating with various teams while working remotely or flexibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape content pillars and storylines that align with ServiceNow's business priorities and value proposition
• Define and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm and quality across all content
• Develop and pitch compelling story ideas based on original research, customer insights, and market signals

Required Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in editorial, journalism, content strategy, or thought leadership within technology or media
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of written work, including long-form reporting and executive voice content
• Experience managing editorial calendars and structured content workflows
• Demonstrated ability to pitch original ideas and see them through to publication
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
