Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Editor to oversee the launch of a new content vertical focused on wine.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign, edit, and coordinate wine-focused content for the website, newsletters, and e-commerce site
• Manage the content calendar and develop strategies to drive subscriptions and wine club memberships
• Recruit and manage freelance writers and create video and social content to complement written features

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience as an editor, particularly in digital platforms
• Strong passion for and knowledge of wine and related industries
• Existing connections with wine writers, sommeliers, and winemakers
• Prior managerial experience is preferred
• Experience and interest in video content creation is preferred
