Senior Editorial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Editorial, Literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial workflow for print and digital literacy content, ensuring consistency across all components
• Create and revise instructional units primarily for grades 6-12 ELA
• Review manuscripts for content accuracy, clarity, and bias, while managing editorial quality throughout production stages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in English, Education, or related field is a plus
• 5+ years of editorial experience in educational publishing
• Strong knowledge of ELA/literacy content for grades 6-12
• Expertise with editorial style and The Chicago Manual of Style
• Experience with both print and digital instructional materials
