Job Summary

Senior Editorial Manager, a full-time position responsible for leading editorial content across various channels, managing a team, and driving community engagement and SEO growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the editorial vision and maintain a master editorial calendar across all channels
• Develop and execute an SEO-forward content strategy to enhance organic growth
• Manage social media strategy and oversee community engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or journalism, with proven success in scaling content programs
• Prior experience as an editor-in-chief or managing editor, preferably with a brand blog or YouTube channel
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content analytics tools
• Proven people management skills with the ability to develop and mentor talent
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
